Vision:  An accessible global network of nurses in endocrinology promoting optimal health outcomes for person across the life-span with endocrine disorders. 


Mission: Promote excellence in clinical care by advancing the science and art of endocrine nursing throughout the world.

We consist of endocrine nurses from US, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Italy, Spain, India, Turkey, Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Vietnam, China, Thailand, Germany,  Sweden, South Africa, Georgia, Ghana, Kenya and Nigeria.

World Alliance of Pituitary Organizations

The World Alliance of Pituitary Organizations (WAPO) is a self-governed non-profit organization created in order to unite the international pituitary patient community to push for optimal treatment and care for all patients with pituitary and related conditions worldwide. The goal of our organization is to share information, work together and support all pituitary patients’ advocates all around the world.

WAPO Summit 2020

Event for WAPO Member organizations to meet & discuss, share best practices, learn from HCPs including Q&A, and receive training. This years summit is March 20 and 21 in Buenos Aires, Argentina  It is at Hotel Novotel. Av. Corrientes 1334, C1043 ABN, Buenos Aires, Argentina.  No cost to attend and supported by ENS and FINE.

The Metabolic Institute of America (TMIOA) is the brainchild of Dr. Yehuda Handelsman, MD. TMIOA was founded as an answer to the growing global epidemic of obesity and multiple metabolic disorders. It is dedicated to clinical research and the education of diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, obesity and other related metabolic disorders, in order to prevent cardiovascular disease and other associated complications. 

TMIOA’s mission is to advance the understanding and management of metabolic diseases.

They will hold the following two CME meetings in 2020:

5th Annual Heart in Diabetes (HiD)
September 10-12, 2021 New York City, NY

19th Annual World Congress on Insulin Resistance, Diabetes & Cardiovascular Disease (WCIRDC)
December 2-4, 2021 - Los Angeles, CA
